Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven professional to support the growth of Barsana Magic across leading quick commerce and e-commerce platforms. The role involves managing platform operations, improving product visibility, and driving sales performance while maintaining profitability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Management
- Manage day-to-day account operations on leading quick commerce platforms
- Maintain product listings, catalog accuracy, pricing, and availability
- Ensure adequate stock levels and minimize stock-outs for fast-moving SKUs
2. Sales Growth & Visibility
- Plan and execute in-app campaigns, banners, and promotional activities across platforms
- Coordinate with platform teams to improve product visibility and placements (such as homepage features and category listings)
- Monitor and optimize conversion performance across the funnel (traffic, conversion, and repeat purchase)
3. Inventory & Supply Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely replenishment across distribution points
- Support demand forecasting and inventory planning at a city level
- Monitor inventory levels to reduce excess stock and minimize stock-outs
4. P&L Management
- Monitor unit economics at the SKU level and support profitability tracking
- Assist in managing key cost components such as platform fees, discounting, and marketing spends
- Work towards maintaining healthy contribution margins through data-driven decisions
5. Data & Analytics
- Track key performance metrics such as daily sales, product availability (fill rate), and visibility
- Monitor the performance of marketing activities, including return on ad spend (ROI)
- Generate basic reports and insights to support decision-making
Generate insights like:
- Generate actionable insights to understand product performance across different cities
- Analyze trends such as SKU performance by location and pricing impact on demand
6. Platform Relationship Management
Good working relationships with managers at quick commerce platforms, Negotiate Better margins,Campaign placements, Expansion into new cities
7. Growth Experiments
Launch: Combo packs, Trial packs,Limited-time offers,Test pricing, creatives, bundling strategies
8. Required Experience
2–6 years’ experience in FMCG / D2C / Food brand
Experience with at least one e commerce platforms.
experience in Actually scaled SKUs, not just handled listings
understanding of Quick commerce economics
High-velocity inventory models
Dehradun (office-based role with required coordination and occasional travel)

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
