- 10+ years of professional backend development, at least 8 years working with Java, very strong experience in Spring Boot
- Strong experience in working with Github, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, different integration techniques like messaging IBM MQ and data handling
- Experience in working with technologies such as GraphQL, REST APIs, event driven architecture with Kafka
- Hands-on responsibility for design, reliability, and production systems, not just feature delivery
- Strong experience in developing and integrating complex backend services
- Experience with cloud technologies and various communication protocols
- Experience of data analysis and high data volumes in system integrations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working in a cross-functional team environment and close to different stakeholders
- University degree in engineering or similar
