- Minimum 2 years working as developer or lead in ITSM module development
- Good to know Servicenow Integration, Service portal, CMDB
- Should know Servicenow Core concepts, client and server-side concepts
- Servicenow CAD or CSA certified.
Good in communication
Must Have :
- Must have Knowledge in Servicenow ITIL module.
- Must know Servicenow platform fundamentals like instance cloning, upgrade, transactions, plugins etc.
Fine to work during US overlapping hours
