Interior Fit-Out Executive / Designer
Responsibilities:
- Execute and supervise interior fit-out projects at site
- Take site measurements and ensure work is carried out as per drawings
- Plan and coordinate wardrobes, modular kitchens, and other interior elements
- Handle and coordinate civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and tiling work
- Understand client requirements and ensure proper execution accordingly
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD (2D drawings)
- Basic knowledge of plumbing systems and layouts
- Experience in wardrobe and modular kitchen design
- Knowledge of tiles (types, sizes, laying patterns, and finishes)
- Understanding of interior materials like laminates, plywood, hardware, and finishes
- Strong site handling and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation

- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering
