Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated HR Operations Intern to support the HR team with employee lifecycle activities, documentation, onboarding, HR records, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This internship provides hands-on exposure to HR operations and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate interviews and induction schedules.
- Support attendance and leave management.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation.
- Respond to employee queries under guidance.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn HR processes.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
