Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Engineer to handle digital and telephonic marketing for international interior fit-out and joinery projects. The role involves generating leads, following up with clients, and coordinating with the design and estimation teams. No fieldwork or physical site visits are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct digital marketing, tele-sales, email outreach, and online lead generation
- Handle international client communication professionally
- Qualify leads and forward them to management/design/estimation teams
- Follow up on enquiries and maintain consistent client communication
- Prepare basic sales reports and update CRM
- Coordinate internally for pricing, proposals, and documentation
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or any related field
- 1–5 years experience in digital sales, telemarketing, or inside sales
- English fluency is mandatory (international marketing requirement)
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Gulf experience is an added advantage
- Basic understanding of interior fit-out, joinery, or construction materials is preferred
- Ability to work with digital tools, CRM, and MS Office
Salary Range
15,000 – 30,000 INR per month
