The Project Incharge is responsible for overseeing end-to-end execution of real estate projects, ensuring timely completion, quality compliance, and cost control. The role involves coordination with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Monitor work progress and prepare regular project reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements
- Handle material planning, procurement coordination, and resource allocation
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure minimal delays
- Liaise with management and stakeholders for updates and approvals
