Job Summary:
Antigone Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end human resource functions. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-focused, and capable of handling multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection).
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Draft job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule technical rounds.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records (personal files, attendance, leave, etc.).
- Handle employee documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure data accuracy in HRMS systems.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and concerns.
- Foster a positive work culture and improve employee satisfaction.
- Conduct feedback sessions and stay interviews.
4. Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee performance and support managers in evaluations.
- Coordinate goal-setting and review cycles.
5. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies.
- Support audits and maintain statutory compliance records.
6. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
- Support employee development initiatives.
7. Exit Management
- Handle resignation processes and conduct exit interviews.
- Ensure proper knowledge transfer and clearance procedures.
- Analyze attrition trends and suggest improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- 1–4 years of experience in HR (can adjust based on role level)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
