- Team Leadership: Hire, onboard, and train sales representatives. Conduct one-on-one coaching, performance reviews, and motivate the team to hit quotas.

- Performance & Data Analysis: Track and analyze sales data via CRM tools. Monitor metrics like conversion rates and pipeline health to forecast revenue.
- Market Intelligence: Research market trends, track competitor activities, and identify emerging opportunities for growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure sales enablement and improve the customer experience.
