Key Responsibilities 1. Creative Design & Branding
Design creatives for social media posts, stories, reels thumbnails, ads, banners, and marketing campaigns.
Create visually appealing, brand-aligned designs for promotions, marketing activities, and company events.
Translate sales, product, and technical inputs into clear, engaging visual communication that is easy for customers to understand.
2. Print & Offline Marketing Materials
Develop print materials such as flyers, posters, standees, invitations, brochures, product lists, datasheets, and exhibition banners.
Design and develop product labels and packaging artwork in line with brand guidelines and business requirements.
3. Content Planning & Execution
Design, review, and maintain content calendars, datasheets, and marketing content in coordination with internal teams.
Ensure timely delivery of all marketing and promotional materials as per campaign schedules and business requirements.
4. Prepare print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, margins, dielines)
Coordinate with printing vendors for output accuracy
- Ensure color consistency and material suitability
- Understand different printing techniques:
- Offset printing
- Digital printing
- Flexo (preferred for packaging)
5. Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with sales, production, and marketing teams
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Take feedback and iterate quickly
6. Collaborate with marketing team for campaigns and promotions
- Assist in basic video creatives (optional but preferred)
Technical Skills
Proficiency in:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
CorelDRAW (important for print industry)
InDesign (preferred)
Strong understanding of:
Typography, layout, and color theory
Print formats and specifications
Soft Skills
- Attention to detail (critical for print accuracy)
- Time management and multitasking
- Strong communication and adaptability
