AI & Office Operations Executive
Industry: LED Lighting Manufacturing and Distribution
We are established LED lighting manufacturing company based in Malad West, Mumbai. We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic and technology-oriented candidate who can use modern AI tools to improve our day-to-day business operations and support our office administration and accounts team.
Job Responsibilities
AI and Digital Work
- Create product catalogues using AI tools and design software.
- Create product presentations and PowerPoint presentations.
- Generate product images, banners and marketing materials.
- Create short product videos and promotional videos.
- Draft professional emails, quotations and business letters using AI tools.
- Maintain product databases and documentation.
- Assist in website and social media content preparation.
Office Administration
- Handle office correspondence and documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers and logistics partners.
- Maintain digital records and filing systems.
- Assist management in preparing reports and presentations.
Accounts Support
- Assist accounts department with data entry.
- Maintain Excel reports.
- Help in invoice preparation and documentation.
- Support GST, stock and purchase record maintenance.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of ChatGPT and AI tools.
- Strong command of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design software.
- Ability to create presentations and product catalogues.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
- Organised and detail-oriented approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ChatGPT, Canva, Gamma, Copilot, Gemini, Claude or similar AI tools.
- Experience in catalogue creation.
- Experience in video editing.
- Knowledge of Tally or accounting software.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- B.Com, BMS, BBA, BMM, IT or Computer-related qualifications preferred.
- Freshers with strong AI skills may apply.
Experience: 1 to 5 years preferred. Salary: (depending on experience and skills)
Candidates residing in Malad, Kandivali, Borivali, Goregaon or nearby western suburbs preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
