About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Video Analyst to join our operations team. The role involves monitoring and analyzing live CCTV/video surveillance feeds, identifying suspicious activities, and ensuring compliance with operational and quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, observation, and communication skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review live CCTV/video surveillance feeds in real time.
- Identify, analyze, and escalate suspicious or unusual activities.
- Maintain accurate incident logs, reports, and documentation.
- Handle inbound and outbound monitoring calls professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance policies, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Video Monitoring, CCTV Surveillance, BPO, or related roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts and fast-paced environments.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
