Pre-Opening & Launch Executive Keekoo Hospitality
Full-Time · On-Site · Nashik Role Objective To ensure every new property is fully operational, system-driven, and guest-ready from Day 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end pre-opening setup (0 → launch ready)
- Create & track pre-opening checklist and timelines
- Ensure readiness of rooms, housekeeping, utilities & F&B
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement & setup
- Support hiring & onboarding of on-ground team
- Implement SOPs, checklists, and FMS systems
- Conduct training & mock runs before launch
- Ensure zero gaps in operations on opening day
- Track progress and report delays / risks
Key Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in hospitality / operations / pre-opening
- Strong execution & follow-up ability
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-ground environment
