Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to drive sales for our yoga props vertical. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients, and promoting our range of yoga products to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
· Identify and generate leads across yoga studios, gyms, corporates, schools, and wellness centers.
· Conduct field visits to meet potential and existing customers
· Present and demonstrate yoga props and products effectively
· Build and maintain strong client relationships
· Handle inquiries, negotiations, and order closures
· Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing discussions
· Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and sales data
· Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
· Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
· Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
· Minimum qualification: High School Diploma / GED (Bachelor’s preferred)
· 1+ years of experience in field sales (FMCG, fitness, or wellness industry preferred)
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
· Customer-focused with excellent relationship management abilities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
· Self-motivated and target-oriented
· Willingness to travel extensively
· Interest in fitness, yoga, or wellness products is an added advantage
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
