The Admin Manager will be responsible for the complete administration, coordination, and operational management of the project site. The role requires maintaining discipline, supervising staff, coordinating with multiple departments and vendors, ensuring smooth daily operations, managing assets and facilities, and supporting management in all administrative matters.
The candidate must be capable of handling responsibilities independently while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Administration
- Oversee the complete administration of the project site.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day site operations.
- Maintain office discipline, cleanliness, and organization.
- Supervise administrative staff and support personnel.
- Ensure company policies and SOPs are followed.
Operations Management
- Coordinate daily operational activities across departments.
- Manage housekeeping, maintenance, security, transport, and office support services.
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of the site office.
- Handle vendor coordination and service management.
- Monitor office assets and infrastructure.
Facility Management
- Maintain company accommodations, offices, and guest facilities.
- Ensure proper upkeep of office furniture, equipment, and utilities.
- Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and consumables.
Security & Discipline
- Coordinate with the security team.
- Monitor entry and exit records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
- Handle emergency situations effectively.
- Maintain discipline across the project site.
Asset & Inventory Management
- Maintain records of company assets.
- Monitor stock of office materials and equipment.
- Coordinate procurement as required.
- Ensure proper documentation of issued assets.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate service contracts.
- Monitor vendor performance.
- Ensure timely delivery of services.
HR & Administrative Support
- Coordinate employee accommodation and travel arrangements.
- Maintain attendance and administrative records.
- Support onboarding of new employees.
- Coordinate employee welfare activities.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain all administrative records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain MIS reports.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation.
Management Support
- Coordinate directly with senior management.
- Execute administrative instructions promptly.
- Handle confidential company information professionally.
- Assist in organizing meetings, site visits, and VIP visits.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
Academic Criteria (Mandatory)
Applicants should have secured 70% or above in:
- 10th Standard
- 12th Standard
- Graduation
Candidates with an excellent work history and relevant experience may also be considered.
Experience
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Administration, Site Administration, Facility Management, or Operations.
- Experience in the Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Hospitality, Defence, or Industrial sectors will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Preference will be given to candidates who are:
- Ex-Servicemen (Army, Navy, Air Force, or Paramilitary).
- Punjabi candidates (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Experienced in managing large project sites.
- Skilled in handling multidisciplinary teams.
- Comfortable working in a remote project location.
- Willing to relocate to Mandla, Alibaug.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
