Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Electrical, Graduate with relevant tendering experience, or equivalent qualification
Job Summary
M. R. Electricals (Project Division) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Electrical Tendering Executive responsible for managing the complete tendering process from tender identification to bid submission. The candidate should possess strong skills in reading and understanding tender documents, preparing technical and commercial bid documentation, compiling eligibility criteria, preparing PQR compliance, coordinating with OEMs and internal departments, and ensuring timely submission of bids.
The ideal candidate should have excellent computer skills, strong documentation abilities, and experience in Government, Semi-Government, Utility, Infrastructure, Electrical, Smart City, NHAI, Railways, PWD, and EPC tenders.
Key Responsibilities1. Tender Identification & Analysis
- Search and monitor tender portals such as GEM, CPPP, NHAI, Railways, PWD, Smart City, MSEDCL, and other Government Departments.
- Download and review tender documents, corrigenda, amendments, and addendums.
- Study complete tender documents including NIT, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, GCC, SCC, and contract conditions.
- Prepare detailed tender summary sheets highlighting key requirements, risks, and submission timelines.
- Identify critical clauses, deviations, penalties, liquidated damages, EMD, BG, and qualification requirements.
2. PQR (Pre-Qualification Requirement) Compliance
- Thoroughly review eligibility and qualification criteria.
- Prepare PQR compliance statements and checklists.
- Identify required work completion certificates, turnover requirements, financial criteria, OEM authorizations, technical experience, and statutory documents.
- Coordinate internally and externally to arrange supporting documents.
- Maintain updated records of project credentials and eligibility documents.
3. Documentation & Bid Preparation
- Prepare complete technical bid documentation as per tender requirements.
- Compile company credentials, work completion certificates, purchase orders, client certificates, balance sheets, GST documents, registrations, declarations, undertakings, and affidavits.
- Maintain tender document checklists to ensure 100% compliance.
- Organize and maintain digital records of all tender documents.
- Ensure proper document indexing, pagination, and submission format compliance.
4. Technical & Commercial Coordination
- Coordinate with estimation, project, purchase, accounts, and management teams for required inputs.
- Coordinate with OEMs for:
- Authorization letters
- Technical datasheets
- LM79 / LM80 reports
- BIS certificates
- Test reports
- Product compliance documents
- Follow up for quotations and technical clarifications.
- Support preparation of commercial offers and cost sheets.
5. Drafting & Official Communication
- Draft professional letters, declarations, undertakings, and tender-related correspondence.
- Draft emails to clients, OEMs, consultants, and government departments.
- Prepare pre-bid queries and clarification requests.
- Maintain records of all official communications.
- Coordinate submission of additional information requested by clients.
6. E-Tendering & Submission
- Upload tender documents on GEM, CPPP, and various e-tendering portals.
- Ensure timely online submission of bids.
- Verify DSC functionality and portal compliance requirements.
- Coordinate physical submissions wherever required.
- Maintain tender submission registers and records.
7. Tender Tracking & MIS
- Maintain tender status tracker.
- Track bid submission dates, opening dates, corrigenda, and result announcements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly tender MIS reports.
- Maintain database of submitted tenders, success ratios, and pending actions.
- Archive completed tender files systematically.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Government and EPC tendering procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret complete tender documents independently.
- Excellent understanding of PQR and eligibility criteria.
- Strong documentation and compliance management skills.
- Excellent computer proficiency including:
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- PDF Editing Software
- Google Drive / Document Management
- E-Tendering Portals
- Good drafting and business communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under strict submission deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,075.81 - ₹32,509.61 per month
