A BMS (Building Management System) Operator is responsible for monitoring and controlling building systems such as HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, and other utility systems through a centralized automation system.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, chillers) through BMS software
- Operate and monitor electrical systems (DG, UPS, panels)
- Monitor fire alarm and safety systems
- Check temperature, humidity, and energy consumption
- Identify and report system alarms or faults
- Coordinate with maintenance team during breakdowns
- Maintain daily logbooks and shift reports
- Ensure smooth operation of building utilities

Qualification Required
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical
- Basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of BMS software (like Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider, etc.)
- 1–3 years experience (preferred)
