Key Responsibilities
Business Development
* Identify and research potential clients and target markets.
* Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and social media platforms.
* Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
* Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Client Acquisition
* Understand client requirements and propose suitable service solutions.
* Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
* Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Act as the primary point of contact during the sales process.
* Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Market Research & Strategy
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
* Provide insights and recommendations to improve business development strategies.

Reporting & Documentation
* Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
* Prepare regular sales and business development reports.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
* 0–1 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (preferred).
* Experience in B2B sales or service-based industries is an advantage.
