1. You will be responsible for attending and responding to all membership related inquiries from members of the club. This
could be in the form of calls, emails, live chats, official Skype, WhatsApp, or
member walk-ins.
2. You will ensure all members receive prompt and accurate information i.e., in 24 (twenty-four) hours’ turnaround time.
3. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining members’ records and communication.
4. You will adhere to the office timings as required and instructed by your manager.
5. You will be responsible for identifying your payments within 24 (twenty-four) hours while confirming bookings. Thus, making sure that your payment submissions are up to date.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
