Job Summary
Manage end-to-end resource lifecycle including onboarding, assignations (RAS), and offboarding
Handle BGV initiation, tracking, and compliance clearance prior to onboarding
Coordinate with stakeholders for approvals, assignations, and resource planning (WBS/roles)
Maintain accurate trackers, reports, and MIS (headcount, onboarding/offboarding, RAS status)
Support audit and compliance activities , including non-compliance closure and audit data preparation
Drive billing inputs, milestone creation, and workforce data accuracy
Manage access requests (WVD, tools) and onboarding readiness
Collaborate with delivery, TAG, and leadership for timely execution of workforce operations
Key Responsibilities
1. To collect| collate and publish project/program reports to various stakeholders (within and outside HCL)
2. To coordinate all periodic reviews| prepare MOMs and Track to closure of all action items
3. To monitor project health status and timely reporting on all aspects of the programs
4. To execute resource management plan as defined by delivery managers (execute on-boarding| training and resource release| BRQs etc..)
5. To facilitate maintenance of central repository for all deliverables
6. To track progress on implementation of best practices| processes and standards/tools
