Job Summary:
Dev Vidyalaya is seeking a passionate and dedicated Sports Coach to train students in Football, Basketball, and Lawn Tennis. The candidate will be responsible for developing students’ physical abilities, sports skills, and teamwork while promoting discipline and sportsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct regular training sessions in Football, Basketball, and Lawn Tennis.
- Teach fundamental and advanced techniques, rules, and strategies of each sport.
- Develop age-appropriate training programs for students.
- Identify and nurture talented students for inter-school and competitive events.
- Organize and manage sports events, matches, and tournaments within the school.
- Ensure students maintain discipline, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain sports equipment, courts, and fields ensuring safety standards.
- Coordinate with school management for sports activities and competitions.
- Promote physical fitness and an active lifestyle among students.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.P.Ed/M.P.Ed preferred).
- Relevant coaching certification in any of the three sports is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in school coaching or sports training.
- Strong knowledge of Football, Basketball, and Lawn Tennis rules and techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students effectively.
Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant coaching experience (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
