Are you someone who doesn't just manage sales but owns the number?
Bubble Construction is looking for a highly driven Sales Manager to lead plot and villa sales for our premium developments. This is not a desk job—we're looking for an entrepreneur-minded professional who can build relationships, drive site visits, close deals, and create a high-performance sales culture.
What You'll Own:
- Drive end-to-end sales for plotted developments and villa projects
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Generate bookings and revenue targets
- Conduct site visits and customer presentations
- Develop channel partner relationships
- Build referral and broker networks
- Ensure lead follow-up and CRM discipline
- Work closely with marketing to improve conversions
- Own monthly sales numbers and project success
What We're Looking For:
- 3–8 years of sales experience (Real Estate preferred)
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
- Ability to build trust with investors and homebuyers
- Experience handling site visits and deal closures
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a hunger to grow
