Receptionist English speaking front desk representative to help with receptionist tasks such as greet our patients, schedule appointments, handle queries and complaints. Your contribution will help increase the efficiency of the office workflow.
- Greet and welcome patients
- Be professional and pleasant while interacting with patients
- Handle queries and address complaints
- Schedule appointments
- Attend phone calls and schedule their requirements accordingly
- Regularly check and sort emails.
- Keep an inventory of office supplies and ensure it is always stocked.
- Maintain a filing system of all required documents
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kaikondra Halli, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
