Role Overview
RAC is seeking a highly disciplined and execution-oriented Operations Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end operational execution of its Startup Accelerator programs.
This role is responsible for ensuring structured delivery of accelerator cohorts, seamless coordination between founders, mentors, investors, and internal teams, and maintaining operational excellence across the RAC ecosystem.
This is not a strategic advisory or passive oversight position. It is a hands-on execution leadership role requiring ownership, precision, and the ability to operate under real-time program pressure.
The Operations Manager will report directly to the Chairman / Founder's Office and will be accountable for program delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Accelerator Program Execution
● Plan and execute accelerator cohorts from onboarding to demo day
● Manage program calendars, session schedules, mentor allocations, and review
timelines
● Ensure milestone tracking across startups
● Monitor program adherence to defined frameworks and deliverables
Founder & Mentor Coordination
● Act as the primary operational point of contact for founders during the cohort
● Coordinate mentor sessions and ensure structured follow-ups
● Maintain communication discipline across stakeholders
● Resolve operational bottlenecks quickly and professionally
Systems & Process Management
● Develop and maintain SOPs for accelerator operations
● Manage CRM, dashboards, and internal tracking systems
● Standardize reporting formats and documentation
● Ensure documentation for compliance, investment, and equity tracking
Ecosystem & Event Operations
● Manage logistics for workshops, investor connects, and demo days
● Coordinate venue, technical, and event operations
● Oversee execution of both physical and virtual sessions
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
● Track KPIs for startups and program efficiency
● Prepare weekly operational dashboards for leadership
● Identify gaps in execution and implement corrective measures
Required Qualifications
● 3 to 6 years of experience in operations management, program management, or
startup ecosystem roles
● Prior experience working with startups, incubators, accelerators, or venture
ecosystems preferred
● Strong project management capability
● High ownership mindset with execution discipline
● Ability to manage multiple moving parts under deadline pressure
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Background
● Experience in startup consulting, venture capital operations, or ecosystem building
● Familiarity with investment documentation, cap tables, and milestone-based funding
● Exposure to founder mentoring environments
● Experience managing cross-functional teams
