Job Description:
We are hiring freshers for the role of Ticketing Executive in the travel industry. Candidates will be responsible for handling ticketing operations and supporting B2B travel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle flight ticket bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
- Emails Pending And Intimation
- Manage B2B travel operations
- Coordinate with agents and vendors
- Assist in customer query resolution
- Maintain records and operational data
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresher / Graduate (Any stream)
- Fluent in Hindi & English (Mandatory)
- Confident with good communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary: As per industry standards
