Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers within the aviation industry, including airports, airlines, maintenance organizations, and consulting firms.
- Research and understand the airfield ground lighting market, competitors, and industry trends to identify business opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, trade shows, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our airfield ground lighting products.
- Develop tailored sales proposals and quotations based on customer needs and requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to secure orders and close deals.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in customer organizations.
- Track and report on sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals using CRM software or other designated systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email communication, cloud storage (Google Drive), CRM systems, and data management.
- Proficiency in a English language is a plus for international market focus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.

Pay: ₹11,565.89 - ₹45,000.00 per month
