Job Title : Process Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide process engineering support for offshore production facilities and operational activities.
- Troubleshoot process issues and recommend technical solutions to improve plant performance and reliability.
- Support Management of Change (MOC) activities and small brownfield modification projects.
- Review and update process engineering documents including PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets, and operating procedures.
- Conduct technical evaluations, safeguard reviews, and operating envelope assessments.
- Support HAZOP, PHA, audit reviews, and closure of safety or operational action items.
- Perform flare/vent studies and support process safety risk model management.
- Collaborate with offshore operations, reliability teams, contractors, and vendors for issue resolution and project execution.
Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Strong understanding of offshore oil & gas production facilities and upstream operations.
- Knowledge of gas compression, crude dehydration, and produced water treatment systems.
- Experience in process troubleshooting, process safety, and facility optimization.
- Familiarity with HAZOP, PHA, MOC, and process engineering documentation.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
