Job Summary
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Assistant Teacher to support our Pre-Primary classroom. The ideal candidate will assist the lead teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and conducting classroom activities.
- Support children's learning, development, and daily routines.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities.
- Assist with preparing teaching materials and learning resources.
- Monitor children's progress and report observations to the lead teacher.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents when required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education, Pre-Primary Education, or related field.
- Previous experience working with young children is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
