We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Manager to manage post-handover interior works, snag closure, and coordination after project completion.
Key Responsibilities : Handle post-handover fit-out activities and defect rectification Coordinate snag list closure with contractors & vendors Manage warranty, DLP & handover-related issues Coordinate with clients for post-handover requirements Ensure quality, safety & timely resolution of defects Maintain handover documents, drawings & reports Coordinate minor modifications and rectification works.
Requirements : Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant field 5–8 years experience in interior fit-out/post-handover projects Strong knowledge of finishing works & coordination Good client-handling and communication skills
