Role Overview: Bridge the gap between our Manufacturing clients and internal technical teams. You will manage the commercial lifecycle and ensure on-time project delivery through rigorous daily monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercials: Handle quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), and commercial negotiations.
- Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact for clients to ensure high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Project Tracking: Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and status updates for all active projects.
- Team Coordination: Follow up daily with Team Leads and employees to ensure milestones are met.
- Execution: Ensure smooth project completion on time, resolving any bottlenecks or issues immediately.
Required Skills
- Industry: Experience in Industrial Automation (PLC/Robotics) or Manufacturing.
- Communication: Strong negotiation and professional client-handling skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel and Project Management software.
- Attributes: Highly organized, proactive problem-solver, and detail-oriented.
Qualifications
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 2 in project coordination or management. Freshers can also apply
