Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month
About Ft. Social Crew
Ft. Social Crew is a social media growth and personal branding agency helping founders, businesses, coaches, and brands grow through strategic content, storytelling and digital marketing.
We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor Intern who wants to gain hands-on agency experience by working on real client projects across different industries. If you’re passionate about content creation, editing and learning new tools, we’d love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos and other short-form content.
* Convert scripts into high-retention videos using captions, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects and storytelling techniques.
* Create basic graphics and visual assets whenever required.
* Assist in planning and executing client and in-house shoots.
* Capture B-roll and behind-the-scenes content when required.
* Organise project files and maintain an efficient editing workflow.
* Stay updated with the latest editing trends, AI tools and content formats.
* Create basic AI-generated videos using modern AI tools (training and guidance will be provided where required).
* Collaborate with the team to improve content quality and overall performance.
* Support the team with basic social media engagement activities, including interacting with relevant accounts, industry pages, competitors and communities as part of client and brand growth strategies. Training will be provided during the internship.
* Be open to working on diverse agency tasks and learning different aspects of digital content creation as required.
Skills We’re Looking For
* Basic knowledge of CapCut, VN Editor, Edits App, or similar mobile/desktop editing software.
* Basic understanding of Canva for simple graphic designing and thumbnails.
* Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, capcut, VN, Canva, edits app, or Final Cut Pro is a plus (not mandatory).
* Basic understanding of short-form content editing and audience retention.
* Knowledge of camera handling, framing, lighting, and composition is a bonus.
* Basic AI-powered video creation and editing tools.
* Creative mindset with attention to detail.
* Good communication, time management and eagerness to learn.
