Key Responsibilities
-Make daily outbound & inbound calls as per assigned data
-Explain home loan products: New Purchase (Ready/Under-Construction), Balance Transfer, Top-up Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP) Salaried, Self-Employed & NRI Loans.
-Understand customer profiles (income, property details, requirement) & qualify leads
-Generate, nurture & allocate quality leads to the sales team
-Fix appointments / site visits & ensure regular follow-ups
-Update CRM/Excel with accurate call logs & lead status
-Maintain call quality, compliance norms & professional communication
