Position Overview
The OTC Team Leader will lead the Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash team supporting UK / Singapore / ANZ . This leadership role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, managing regional stakeholders, and leading process transitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership : Lead and manage a team of AR professionals, providing guidance and performance management.
- Operational Excellence : Monitor KPIs (DSO, Aging) and SLAs, preparing executive-level reporting for regional leadership.
- Transition Oversight : Ensure the smooth transition of AR/OTC processes from onshore/third-party vendors to the GCC.
- Process Optimization : Identify and implement opportunities for process standardization and automation across the OTC cycle.
- Stakeholder Management : Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external regional customers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education : Graduate in Commerce/Finance; CA or MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Experience : 8 to 12 years total experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role, leading and managing an AR/Collections Team
- Skills :
- Proven leadership and team-building skills in a global environment.
- Ability to drive technology enablement and efficiency gains.
