What you'll own:
→ End-to-end recruitment — writing JDs, posting on job portals, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
→ Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring zero drop-offs between offer and joining
→ Employee onboarding — offer letters, document collection, induction planning
→ Attendance tracking, leave management, and maintaining employee records
→ Drafting HR policies, employment contracts, and compliance documentation
→ Handling employee queries, grievances, and exit formalities
→ Coordinating with leadership on manpower planning and hiring priorities
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
