We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and ambitious professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant & Business Development Associate.

What You'll Do
Executive Support
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and schedules.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and business documentation.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Conduct research and compile insights to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
Business Development
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Engage with prospective clients and schedule meetings.
- Conduct follow-ups and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Support revenue growth initiatives and achieve business development targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Executive Assistance, Business Development, Sales, Operations, or a related role.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Comfortable working with international stakeholders and overlapping with US business hours.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
