Role Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Project Manager to lead and execute strategic initiatives across e-commerce, operations, and business expansion. This role requires exceptional ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from conception to completion.
The ideal candidate will act as a central execution anchor, working closely with leadership, ensuring that high-priority projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end execution of critical business projects across e-commerce, marketplace expansion, and operational excellence
- Translate business objectives into structured project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and growth strategy
Cross-functional Program Management
- Collaborate with E-commerce, Business Development, CRM, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
- Drive accountability across stakeholders and ensure timely execution
- Act as a single point of contact for project communication and escalation
Execution Excellence
- Define project scope, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered with high quality and efficiency
Process Optimization & Scaling
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
- Build SOPs, workflows, and best practices for long-term efficiency
- Drive automation and tool adoption where applicable
Data-driven Decision Making
- Track project performance using dashboards and analytics
- Generate insights and present actionable recommendations to leadership
- Ensure continuous improvement through data-backed evaluations
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategic priorities
- Present project updates, risks, and outcomes in a clear and structured manner
- Influence decision-making through insights and execution clarity
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
