Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring work is executed as per project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and workforce deployment
- Monitor construction work as per approved drawings and project plans
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines
- Maintain site records, progress reports, and work documentation
- Resolve day-to-day site issues and report project updates
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of infrastructure and civil construction activities
- Ability to read drawings and site plans
- Strong coordination and team management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Understanding of safety standards and site procedures
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in infrastructure or construction projects
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in roads, highways, bridges, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of site execution, measurements, and contractor management
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
