Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Maintenance Engineer for our plastic packing manufacturing industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge in both Mechanical and Electrical maintenance activities. Candidates with previous experience in plastic packing industries will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance for production machines.
- Handle mechanical and electrical troubleshooting efficiently.
- Ensure smooth machine operation and reduce downtime.
- Maintain motors, panels, sensors, pneumatic systems, and mechanical components.
- Coordinate with production team for machine performance improvement.
- Monitor machine safety and maintenance standards.
- Maintain maintenance reports and daily service records.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machines if required.
Required Skills :
- Strong knowledge in Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance.
- Ability to identify and solve machine issues quickly.
- Experience in industrial machine maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of PLC, motors, wiring, and pneumatic systems preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Minimum 5+ Years Experience in Maintenance Field.
- Diploma or Engineering Graduate.
- Any specialization can apply.
- Mechanical / Electrical background preferred.
- Plastic Packing Industry experience will be an added advantage.
