Job Summary
Muzris Gold is seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Manager – Offline Marketing to lead all offline marketing initiatives and strengthen brand visibility across our retail network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing impactful campaigns, managing vendor relationships, and driving customer footfall through innovative marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Plan and manage print advertising, outdoor campaigns, radio promotions, and local activations.
- Oversee in-store branding, POS materials, and visual merchandising support.
- Organize events, exhibitions, customer engagement programs, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, printers, media partners, and event vendors.
- Manage offline marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all physical touchpoints.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in brand management or offline marketing.
- Strong knowledge of retail marketing, event management, and advertising.
- Excellent project management and vendor coordination skills.
- Creative thinking with strong analytical abilities.
- Experience in jewellery or luxury retail is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.
