Job Summary:
A Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets. They play a key role in driving business growth and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Meet potential customers and present products/services.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
