This is end-to-end sales roles conducted remotely over phone/video call - support from ground would be provided to convert the leads. The business domain is Solar Power plant and end customer could be residential, industrial or commercial consumers.

THERE IS NO FIXED SALARY. ONLY PAYMENT-PER-CALL and INCENTIVE. PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF THIS IS ACCEPTABLE.

Incentive details are as follows:
1. Company will pay Rs 5/- (Five Only) per meaningful call. One call usually lasts around 3 minutes on an average.
2. Company will pay 2.5/- per quotation - prepared and sent to customer.
3. The rates quoted above is all-inclusive prices.
4. Company will pay an incentive of 1% of the taxable amount for the converted leads during the time the agreement is valid. Typical ticket size is around 3,00,000/-
6. Company would provide SIM for calling.
7. Recording of the conversation is mandatory for payment to be made.
8. Each lead must be entered in CRM, recording attached and other details filled. Post review of the data, payment will be made.
9. Calls to be made in business hours - 9 am to 7 pm.
