We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier/mail.
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements
- 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
