Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MIS Reporting Analyst to support financial planning, management reporting, budgeting, and business performance analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly MIS reports, supporting Annual Operating Plan (AOP), reviewing financial data, ensuring revenue recognition compliance, and delivering actionable insights to management. The role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in financial reporting, and proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
Key Responsibilities
MIS & Management Reporting
Prepare and publish monthly MIS reports for leadership review.
Develop and maintain monthly program summary reports covering financial and operational performance.
Analyze business performance and provide insights on key financial and operational metrics.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Budgeting & Financial Planning
Support the preparation, consolidation, and review of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and business growth.
Financial Reporting & Accounting
Maintain and reconcile intangible asset schedules.
Perform General Ledger (GL) reviews and investigate unusual transactions or variances.
Ensure accurate accounting and reporting of financial transactions.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Compliance & Regulatory Reporting
Ensure compliance with IND AS 115 revenue recognition standards.
Prepare revenue analysis and financial reports in line with accounting regulations.
Maintain EBRC (Electronic Bank Realization Certificate) records and reporting.
Support statutory and internal audits by providing required documentation.
Ensure compliance with SED requirements and other applicable financial regulations.
Process Improvement & Reporting Automation
Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Develop dashboards and automate reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
Strengthen reporting controls and improve data quality.
Required Qualifications
CA / CMA (Finance) preferred.
5–10 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Financial Reporting.
Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookup functions, and financial modeling.
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence/reporting tools.
Knowledge of IND AS, revenue recognition, and statutory compliance.
Exposure to financial planning, budgeting, and dashboard development.
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
