We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented OPT Recruiter to join our US IT Staffing team. This position is open to candidates currently based in the United States.
The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, engaging, and coordinating with IT professionals who are seeking opportunities in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Identify candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, availability, and work authorization.
- Conduct initial phone/video screening with candidates.
- Understand candidates' skills, experience, career goals, and job preferences.
- Explain available US IT job opportunities and recruitment processes.
- Submit qualified candidate profiles to appropriate job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters/clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding submissions, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS/recruitment database.
- Maintain professional relationships with candidates and consultants.
- Track daily sourcing, calls, submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets/KPIs.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Must be currently located in the United States.
- 0–2 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making calls and conducting regular follow-ups.
- Good relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of US IT recruitment is an advantage.
- Target-oriented and result-driven attitude.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
