We are looking for enthusiastic Telecalling Executives to join our team. The selected candidate will contact potential customers, explain our services, generate qualified leads, and schedule follow-up calls for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company services and business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Maintain customer records and follow up regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team to close inquiries.
Requirements
- 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
