Performance Marketing Manager – Ecommerce Ads
Location: Mumbai / On-site
Spectadors is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with strong experience in Amazon Ads & Flipkart Ads to manage and scale advertising campaigns for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage & optimize Amazon Ads & Flipkart Ads campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, conversions & budgets
- Conduct keyword research, bidding strategy, and campaign optimization
- Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights & reports
- Work closely with creative & ecommerce teams to improve ad performance
- Manage multiple client accounts and drive growth objectives
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in Amazon Ads & Flipkart Ads
- Good understanding of ecommerce performance marketing metrics
- Experience with campaign setup, optimization, reporting & scaling
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
- Ability to manage budgets and improve ROI/ROAS
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Knowledge of Shopify / Ecommerce ecosystem
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT / Claude for analysis, reporting, and workflow efficiency
Looking for someone who is performance-focused, analytical, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple ecommerce brands.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
