A Quality Assurance Engineer responsible for ensuring product quality through testing, automation, and collaboration across cross-functional teams. The role supports a strategic, innovative Infor product by driving quality standards, identifying defects, and improving testing practices aligned with business goals.
- Build deep product expertise through continuous learning and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Partner with developers and product managers to understand requirements and clarify expected functionality
- Communicate defects clearly and collaborate with engineering teams on resolutions
- Define and discuss testing strategies with QA team members
- Create, review, and execute test cases for product releases
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for test scenarios
- Track and communicate QA findings using tools such as Jira and maintain QA artifacts in source control systems

Experience in test planning, design, execution, and defect tracking
- Strong experience in test case creation and execution
- Hands-on experience with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar
- Experience with Java, TypeScript, XML, XPath, and XQuery
- Understanding of QA methodologies and tools
- Experience working with enterprise, SaaS, or cloud-based applications
- Exposure to AWS cloud technologies

Experience with MS SQL Server
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, and Git
- Experience using automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks
- Experience testing APIs (REST or SOAP)
