Job Summary
The Marketing Manager (Offline Marketing) is responsible for planning, executing, and managing all offline marketing activities to strengthen brand visibility, support sales growth, and enhance customer engagement. The role also involves leading the Canopy Team, ensuring effective execution of branding activities, roadshows, dealer promotions, exhibitions, product launches, and other on-ground marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement offline marketing strategies aligned with the company's sales and branding objectives.
- Lead, supervise, and manage the Canopy Team to ensure smooth execution of field marketing activities.
- Plan and coordinate canopy campaigns, roadshows, dealer activation programs, and product demonstrations.
- Organize exhibitions, trade fairs, promotional events, and customer engagement programs.
- Coordinate with the sales team to execute regional marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure proper deployment, maintenance, and branding of canopies, promotional materials, display units, and marketing assets.
- Monitor the performance of field marketing campaigns and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Manage relationships with vendors, event agencies, printers, and promotional material suppliers.
- Plan and manage the offline marketing budget while ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of the Canopy Team and field marketing executives.
- Ensure all branding and promotional activities are executed in accordance with company standards and brand guidelines.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend marketing improvements.
- Travel extensively to oversee marketing activities across different locations as required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
