Job Description: Conveying of Board and Committee meeting & General meetings of Shareholders. Excellent experience of handling works of a Listed Company and dealing with Stock Exchange Exchanges i.e. NSE & BSE. Drafting of various agreements, policies, required under SEBI LODR, ICDR Regulation, LODR, Takeover Code and Insider trading. Preparing of Statutory reports under Postal Ballot & E-Voting for EGM & AGM. Good communication skill and flexible.
