We are looking for an experienced Head – Finance Operations to lead and manage finance functions for a reputed Real Estate organization in Bengaluru. The role will be responsible for driving financial planning and operations across real estate projects, with strong involvement in project finance, budgeting, financial modelling, feasibility analysis and cash-flow management.
The position will oversee construction loans, debt facilities, loan drawdowns, working capital, debt and equity fundraising, while maintaining effective relationships with banks, lenders and investors. The role will also involve managing project costs, vendor payments, financial controls and supporting JV structuring and profit-sharing arrangements.
The candidate will be expected to provide leadership across accounting, audits, taxation, statutory compliance and financial reporting, ensuring strong financial governance and smooth day-to-day finance operations.
Candidates with 15+ years of relevant experience, particularly in Real Estate, Construction or Project Finance, will be suitable for this leadership position. Strong exposure to finance operations, fundraising, banking relationships and project-level financial management is important. Fluency in Kannada, including the ability to speak, read and write, is essential. CA, CMA or MBA (Finance) qualifications will be preferred.
CTC: ₹20–35 LPA
